WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT?

If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid being charged the full service fee. Cancellations of packages or private parties require one week's notice. Bridals are subject to a twelve-week cancellation policy.

ARE GRATUITIES INCLUDED?

We take great pride in providing superior service. You are more than welcome to express your satisfaction for your service through your generosity. Though not required, it is customary to tip your service provider 15 to 20 percent of the pre-discounted price. 

 

WHY DO I NEED TO COMPLETE THE CLIENT CONSULTATION?

We want the best possible treatment for you. Many seemingly unrelated lifestyle issues can impact your skin. Your help in completing the client consultation form allows us to better understand your unique needs. 

CAN LASH EXTENSIONS BE APPLIED DIRECTLY TO THE SKIN?

Extensions are applied directly to individual natural lashes approximately 1-2mm away from the skin. This allows the natural lashes to continue their natural growth cycle without risk of follicular damage and/or premature lash loss. Extensions may not be applied directly to the skin. While we would like to provide every client with a beautiful set of lashes we take pride in maintaining the integrity of the natural lash.
